Location is perfect for Broadway and Times Square—just a short walk. The elevators can be slow during peak hours, which was a bit frustrating. Room was clean with a nice kitchenette. Overall a decent stay.

Besides, the room had this really neat mini-kitchen setup with a fridge and microwave, which was super handy. I usually don't see that in NYC hotels, so that was a pleasant surprise! The only little hiccup was that the Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty in our room, but overall, it didn't affect our great experience at all. 🏨

The continental breakfast was great and bountiful with potatoes and mass produced eggs, for example. Everything was very clean, nevertheless a few employees were very rude.

The hotel was also conveniently located to a subway station, making it easy to get around. The room I had was recently refurbished and was very good. The only downside was the parking situation, as there was no hotel parking available and the nearby garage parking was pricey.

I recently stayed at a hotel in an amazing location close to all the action. The lobby and hallways looked freshly renovated and were very clean. The room was the perfect size for a New York hotel room and it was spotless. I loved having a working desk in the room for convenience. Although my executive room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave as advertised, the hotel quickly provided a wine cooler and microwave upon request. The amenities were good, however, I wish they provided mugs and tableware to use with the microwave. The only downside was the old spring mattresses in the rooms, which were noisy and not very comfortable.

The rooms are not very soundproof, so you can hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway, which may affect your sleep.

The room at The Belvedere was a great size and nicely appointed. Being on the bottom level without the need for an elevator was convenient. the room had a mini fridge and microwave which allowed us to give the kids cereal with milk to tide them over and reheat restaurant leftovers. The modern room had a very nice, though small, bathroom.

The staff was just rude, plain and simple. Upon arrival, their credit card machine didn't work, so our check-in was delayed.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with private workspaces and printing facilities.
